Jason Vercoe

Born in Chicago and growing up in Philadelphia and Northern Virginia, Jason Vercoe has worked with his family owned ESCO, where he learned all aspects of the lighting business.  He personally processed over 100 million dollars of utility rebates for customers.  Jason lives in Southern Maryland with his wife and their three sons.

Zacary Mann

Zacary grew up in Annapolis Maryland and has been in the lighting and distribution industry his whole life.  He was a branch manager of the Gaithersburg Maryland, City Electric Supply when he met Jason.  Throughout the last ten years he has purchased tens of millions of dollars of lighting material from distributors and factories. Zacary has four sons and lives in Annapolis Maryland with his wife and family.

Jason and Zac started SBS three years ago with the goal of financing utility rebates and providing high quality commodity lighting to their customers. Since its inception, SBS has been involved with financing and or supplying material for Goodwill Industries, The Washington Commanders NFL team, Cecil and Calvert County Public Schools and Ollies Bargain Outlets.  These projects and many others have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy costs for their customers and improved lighting quality at these locations.  

The convergence of new LED technology, as well as costumer access to cash from utility companies for installation of LED lighting, has led to a historic opportunity for business owners to increase the value of their properties, provide the highest quality lighting for their buildings, and save money on energy costs and maintenance.
